19:53: Stations 3, 38, and 99 dispatched for a possible structure fire at 212 Ferguson Avenue in Butler Township. A neighbor reports they can hear alarms going off in the residence and sees what they believe is smoke.
19:54: Engine 38 and Captain 3-2 are responding.
19:56: Rescue 3 is en route. Control initially stated PD are on scene advising they do not see any visible fire but the house is full of smoke; they have now updated they can see an active fire in the kitchen.
19:57: Cap-3-2 is on location, investigating.
19:58: R-3 is instructed to pull into the driveway.
19:59: R-3 and E-38 are on location. E-38 is instructed to standby on the supply line.
20:00: Squad 3-2 is en route.
20:01: Control states PD were advised by the homeowner that the residence should be unoccupied currently. Someone is advising Command the fire is out.
20:02: Tower 1 and Engine 1-2 reported en route but were canceled by Command. Command is reporting the fire under control.
20:05: S-3-2 is on location. 99-4 is instructed to stage at the intersection and is now reporting on location.
20:28: 99-4 is now released by Command.
20:38: E-38 is back in service.
20:43: Incident terminated; all units are back in service.
