19:51: Station 76 dispatched for a Delta response to 137 Pearce Road in Adams Township for a 30 year old male with an accidental gunshot wound to the leg. The patient is outside in the yard and police are also en route.
19:52: 76-1 is advising they have no other units available.
19:54: Station 51 is alerted to cover the call.
19:57: Control initially advises all responding units that PD requested they stage in the area but is now stating they can proceed in to the scene and PD have a tourniquet applied.
19:58: Police are reporting the wound is high in the thigh, still bleeding, 9mm.
20:04: Engine 42-2 is advising Control that if EMS decides they need to fly the patient, there is room at the scene for an LZ. Squad 98 is asking Control to have the air medical services check weather.
20:06: Someone is advising the incoming 51 unit to watch the slick road conditions. Control is possibly advising Stat MedEvac is unavailable due to weather; their transmission was cut off.
20:09: Control states LifeFlight is also not flying but they offered their crew, if needed, for ground transport. 51-3 is asking where the crew is located; Control advises they are at their base at the Butler Airport and the Penn Township officer is willing to transport the crew or rendezvous with 51-3 if needed.
20:11: 51-3 is asking S-98 if he wants the LF crew brought to them and S-98 states the last set of vitals were stable and the crew is not needed.
20:17: 51-3 is en route to AGH with S-98 on board. E-42-2 is back in service.
20:48: 51-3 is out at Allegheny General Hospital.
