12:00: Units for Highland Avenue are to stage behind C-3’s vehicle off Eberhart. R-3 and E-38 are on location.
12:01: Command is reporting a West Penn Power pole number and states the wires are intact and the pole is fractured at the base but still standing. Traffic is not impeded.
12:07: Command is terminated; all fire units are back in service. 99-2 is approaching, requesting orders, and is instructed to meet with PD; the patient is complaining of some pain from airbag deployment.
