05:46: 45-3 is back in service with a patient refusal.
05:48: C-15 is instructing units to setup for traffic control.
05:53: C-15 is stating both lanes are open at this time. Units are going to stage in a driveway until the tow truck arrives.
06:19: C-15 is instructing units to begin one-lane traffic.
06:31: Units are stating Sarver Auto will be pulling out soon.
06:35: Ekastown Road Command is terminated; Station 15 units are back in service.
