23:40: Chief 22-2 is responding to the scene. Allegheny Station 228 acknowledges the call.
23:42: 228-Truck is responding.
23:43: E-21-2 is on scene with nothing showing from two sides of the exterior. Captain 21 has command and they are out investigating.
23:44: Ladder 22 is en route.
23:45: Engine 21 is en route.
23:48: Control is advising no response from Allegheny 185 or 226(?). An individual is advising Command the breaker panels are good.
23:50: E-19 is asking Command if they have a water supply; they’re instructed to standby at the hydrant at this time, there’s no need to lay in. E-19 is now reporting on scene. C-22-2 is on scene assuming command.
23:51: E-21-2 crew is now advising Command they’ve located the problem and the incident can be held to units on scene. They did not state what they have located.
23:52: T-42 states they just turned onto Sunset and are asking if they should head home; they are released by Command.
23:56: Fire Police units are being advised they can return in service.
23:58: E-19 is in service, released by Command.
