20:53: Station 10 acknowledges the call.
20:54: 99-4 is responding.
20:55: Rescue 10 and Engine 10 are responding. Control is now advising there is a patient in the driver’s seat, unable to get out. R-10 is now reporting on scene, as well.
20:57: Engine 10 is instructed to close the intersection fully.
20:58: Herman Road Command is requesting an ALS unit from Station 99 to the scene. Control states 99-4 is en route and is asking if they need a 2nd ALS unit from 99; Command states affirmative.
21:00: 99-3 is now assigned as well. Command is requesting Control ask PSP to push a rush on their response; Control is advising they’ll let them know but there are multiple MVAs in the county.
21:06: 99-4 is on scene.
21:08: Command is asking if Control has an ETA for PSP; Control is checking and asking if there is an update for them. Command states there is an irate mother causing issues with patient treatment.
21:10: Command is advised PSP is less than 2 minutes out. 99-3 is approaching and instructed to park behind E-10.
21:11: 99-3 is on scene.
21:20: 99-4 is transporting a patient to BMH.
21:30: 99-3 is reporting inbound to BMH, BLS, with 2 patients.
22:14: Traffic control units are instructed to reopen the roadway.
22:15: Herman Road Command is terminated; all units are back in service.
