08:21: Captain 36 is reporting a pole number; Control states the utility has been notified and gave a 1-2 hour ETA. Cap-36 has an additional pole involved as well.
08:23: Freeport 70-4 is on scene. Brush 36 is responding.
08:25: B-36 is instructed to assist with one-lane traffic control; they are now on scene.
08:26: E-27 is approaching and is instructed to setup the other end of traffic control.
