18:44: Stations 3, 38 and 99 dispatched to Meridian Road at Whitestown Road for a 2-vehicle MVA, reported off the roadway; 1 female with chest pain.

18:45: 99-5 is assigned. Lieutenant 3 acknowledges and is en route to the scene. Engines 38 and 3 are en route. 99-5 en route.

18:49: Control is advising 99-5 the patient is an elderly female with chest pain from airbag deployment. Lieutenant 3 is on scene reporting 1 vehicle into a utility pole, the other is in the westbound lane of Whitestown Road.

18:51: E-3 and E-38 and Squad 3-2 are on scene.

18:52: Station 3-2 acknowledges the call with 1 firefighter on station.

18:54: Squad 3 is en route.

18:56: 99-5 is on scene.

18:57: Squad 3 is on scene.

19:00: Atwell’s tow truck is approaching on Whitestown Road.

19:02: E-38 is back in service, released by Command.

19:12: 99-5 is transporting 1 patient, BLS, to Butler Memorial Hospital.

19:21: Whitestown Road Command is asking Control to notify West Penn Power they will need to check a damaged pole near the intersection; the damage is not severe and they can come out tomorrow. Control is asking them to call in the pole number when they return to station.

19:24: Command is terminated; all units are back in service.

19:26: 99-5 is out at BMH.
