Stations 21 and 42 are working four separate MVA scenes on I-79 northbound, all just south of the Allegheny / Butler County line.
12:05: Station 21 requested into Allegheny County, just across the county line, for an MVA on I-79 northbound.
12:07: Allegheny advised Marshall Township units are already working an MVA 3 miles south of the county line. Station 42 is added to this call.
12:10: Station 21 unit in the area reporting eyes on possibly 2-3 MVAs other than the one Marshall Twp is already on. All northbound.
12:11: Now confirmed 4 total MVA scenes. Fire units currently at 2 of them. Control is on the line with Allegheny County.
~12:15: Allegheny units are stating “extensive cleanup.”
12:26: Engine 21 is on scene.
12:28: Engine 21 is back in service.
12:34: Chief 21 is reporting all Station 21 units are back in service. Control is asking if Station 42 is also clear of the incident.
12:35: E-42-3 remains on scene directing traffic.
12:40: Chief 42 is now reporting all Station 42 units have been released.
