Chimney Fire, Ekastown Road

19:41: Stations 36 and 27 dispatched along with Allegheny Stations 169 and 151 and Armstrong Station 70 for a chimney fire at 250 Ekastown Road. The caller is reporting there was a large fire behind the house, and now he believes he sees fire in the chimney.

19:42: Lieutenant 27 is en route to his station.

19:45: Control is now advising that their caller from another residence believes the chimney is on fire at 250 and no one is home. A PD unit reported the large bonfire earlier when he passed.

19:48: Engine 27 is en route. Station 36 acknowledges the call.

19:49: Rescue Captain 27 is on scene with command.

19:51: Tanker 27 is responding.

19:53: Command is holding the incident to Stations 27 and 36 only.

20:00: Command is advising nothing found at the dispatched address; the large fire is a few houses away and they are going to extinguish it.

20:07: Captain 27 is instructing E-27 to charge their line.

18:09: The fire is reported out.

18:25: EMS has been released by Command.
