17:29: C-21 is on scene confirming 2 vehicles with some children still inside one of them; there is airbag deployment.
17:31: C-21 is advising 51-2 they can disregard, there is no need for EMS there. R-21 is still to continue into the scene and they are now reporting their arrival.
17:33: Any Station 21 unit not on scene is being canceled by Command.
17:43: Command terminated; all Station 21 units are back in service.
