07:00: Control is advising 76-1 that PD are on scene reporting 1 patient with an abdominal injury.
07:01: Second alert for Station 16 due to no acknowledgment. Rescue 42 is en route.
07:02: Chief 16 is responding. Control is now advising 76-1 that PD have now stated another ambulance will be needed for another patient with possible head injury.
07:03: 76-3 will now be en route as well.
07:05: Chief 16 is asking Control which units are responding; R-42 is en route and Station 11 has acknowledged, 76-1 and 76-3 are the ambulances.
07:06: 76-3 is asking for a cross-street; Control states it should be in the area of Glade Run Church and PD are on scene.
07:07: Rescue 11 is en route.
07:08: Chief 16 is on scene reporting heavy damage to 2 vehicles, 1 is over an embankment and the other is still on the roadway.
07:09: Both ambulances are on scene. R-42 is approaching and is instructed by C-16 to pull in behind the police vehicle.

07:24: 76-3 is transporting a patient to Allegheny General Hospital.
