16:56: Station 52 dispatched to the SRU Equestrian Center, 245 Harmony Road, Slippery Rock Township, for a 17 year old female that fell from a horse.
16:58: 52-2 is asking if there is any report on the female’s injuries; Control states there are reported injuries, “that’s why they’re calling for the ambulance” but they will check for more information. 52-2 states they will respond to this call and Control will need to send their previous call to backup.
17:03: 52-2 is on scene.
17:35: 52-2 is transporting to Grove City Hospital.
17:55: 52-2 is out at the hospital.
