MVA, 422 EB near Rt 8 Exit

14:06: 83-1 is transporting a patient but is advising Control there is a single vehicle into the Jersey barrier in the median of 422 EB just before Route 8 exit. Control is asking if there are injuries but 83-1 was unable to stop.

14:09: Stations 1, 3, 38 and 99 activated for an MVA with unknown injuries. Engine 1-2 and BT-3 are en route.

14:10: Engine 38 is en route. Station 3 acknowledges the call.

14:11: Engine 3 is responding. Engine 1-2 is advising all units this will be between Mercer Road and Route 8.

14:12: 99-2 is responding. Engine 1-2 is on scene advising all occupants are out of the vehicle but they will need traffic control.

14:14: 99-2 is checking for an injury update. E-12 advises there is 1 teenage patient, no chief complaint but requesting evaluation. BT-3 is on scene with command. E-38 is now on scene.

14:15: City units are back in service, released by BT-3.

14:16: 99-2 is diverting to another incident. 99-21 will now handle this incident.

14:21: 99-21 is on scene.

14:23: E-3 is on scene and is instructed to pull in front of E-38 in a blocking position.

14:25: E-38 is back in service.

14:42: Route 422 Command is terminated, all units are back in service.
