15:12: 99-2 is assigned and en route. Control is advising the patient is still outside at this time.
15:14: Captain 3 is advising Control she is on location, Creek Shore Lane.
15:18: Portable 3 is asking for an aircraft to be placed on standby; if needed the patient will be transported to the BMH helipad.
15:20: 99-2 is on scene. Control is advising LifeFlight 4 is on standby with a 9 minute ETA to the helipad.
15:24: Portable 3 is requesting the aircraft in the air. Control is restating it will be LF-4, 9 minutes to BMH.
15:29: LifeFlight 4 is airborne from Butler Airport.
15:35: LF-4 has arrived at the BMH helipad. Captain 3 is reporting clear of the scene.
15:41: LifeFlight 4 has reported a flight plan with a destination of AGH.
15:45: 99-2 is transporting to the hospital to rendezvous with the aircraft now.
15:59: LF-4 is airborne from BMH.
16:00: 99-2 is reporting patient care transferred to LifeFlight and they are back in service.
16:21: LF-4 is arriving on the helipad at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
