07:16: Chief 42-2 is now stating this is on the hill coming up on Pittsburgh Street; there are 3 vehicles involved and everyone is out. E-19 is approaching, they are at the intersection of 228 and Pittsburgh Street now.
07:17: C-42-2 is advising E-19 and E-42-2 he will need assistance with traffic control. All units are to proceed with caution. E-19 is now on scene.
07:18: Command is advising E-19 to proceed up to Beaver Street per PD and direct traffic down Beaver Street off of Route 228.
07:20: 76-3 is on scene.
07:24: 76-2 states they are going to be passing the scene and is asking if they might be needed; Command states they can ask 76-3 directly but he doubts they are needed.
07:28: 76-3 is back in with patient refusal.
07:39: E-19 is advised they can start packing up.
