19:42: Stations 21, 22 and 52 dispatched to the 79.4 mile marker of I-79 northbound for a vehicle that crossed the median and struck the guardrail. This would be near the Rowan Road bridge in Cranberry Township.
19:42: 51-2 and Chief 21-2 are en route.
19:43: Engines 21-2 and 22, and Captain 21-2, are responding.
19:47: Captain 21-2 is on scene with Command confirming 1 vehicle into the guardrail.
19:48: Command is advising EMS there is 1 patient still in the vehicle, in and out of consciousness.
19:49: Command states NEGATIVE ENTRAPMENT. Engine 21-2 is on scene.
19:50: Command is now stating the patient is fully unconscious.
19:52: All units not on scene with the exception of fire police are now canceled by Command.
19:58: Command states 51-2 is requesting a 2nd unit; they are working a traumatic arrest. Station 51 is re-alerted and 51-4 is responding.
19:59: Squad 98 is asking Control if he is needed; Control instructs him to switch channel and ask Command or the 51 units directly.
20:01: Command is now asking Squad 98 to respond.
20:02: Command is advising Fire Police to setup for an extended duration.
20:21: 51-2 is reporting out at Cranberry hospital; if they called en route they were cut off by other traffic from multiple ongoing incidents.
20:23: Fire Police are stating PSP is not doing a full reconstruction which will allow units to clear sooner.
