01:05: Station 21 alerted for an automatic fire alarm at Red Robin, 1678 Route 288 in Cranberry Township. General fire.
01:06: Station 21 acknowledges the call.
01:08: Engine 21-2 is en route with 4 firefighters and Captain 21-2 is responding.
01:13: E-21-2 is on scene with nothing showing from 2 sides of the exterior; they are out to investigate. Captain 21-2 is on scene now as well.
01:14: Red Robin Command is now requesting an upgrade to a full structure fire response with smoke showing from the exterior.
01:15: Stations 21, 90 and 51, Allegheny Truck 228 and Station 185, and Beaver County Station 26 are added to the call.
01:16: Station 22 acknowledges the call.
01:17: 51-2 is en route.
01:18: A firefighter on the interior is advising Command they have a wall getting pretty hot with a good amount of smoke coming from it; they’re going to start opening it. Engine 19 is en route understaffed. Squad 21 is responding as well. The interior unit is instructing the E-21-2 operator to charge the line.
01:19: Command is advising incoming units there is smoke pushing out of the Alpha side, the interior team is working with an 1¾” line, and there is no visible fire at this time. Chief 41 is responding.
01:22: Ladder 22 is responding understaffed.
01:23: Squad 21 is on scene.
01:24: Tower 42 is on scene; they’re instructed to setup on the Alpha side.
01:25: Big Knob Station 26 acknowledges the call.
01:26: Engine 19 is approaching and will be the 2nd due engine; they are instructed to stage the engine at the hydrant on the Delta side and send their crew to the Alpha side.
01:27: The EMS unit is instructed to standby in the parking lot on the Delta side and they are now reporting on scene. E-19 is asking Command if they are to lay in or just standby at the hydrant; the instruction for now is to standby.
01:29: Allegheny 228 Engine 2 is en route.
01:31: Command is stating Operations has been established and is advising Operations they spoke face-to-face with the interior team and believe a cigarette was put out on the Alpha side by the exterior wall where the smoke was showing and they are requesting to open the wall. E-19 is requested to assist.
01:32: Big Knob Engine 26 is responding. Roof crew is advising Operations there is an access door behind a sign with light smoke that appears to be residual. No other conditions on the roof.
01:33: Allegheny 228 Truck is on scene.
01:34: Allegheny 185 Engine is on scene. Ladder 22 is approaching and is instructed not to setup but send their man power.
01;35: L-22 is now on scene.
01:48: Red Robin Command is reporting the incident is under control at this time.
01:54: Beaver Co E-26 and possibly 228 units are reporting back in service.
01:59: 51-2 is being released by Command to respond to a medical call; Command states they are cleaning up now.
02:10: All Station 22 units are back in service.
02:21: Red Robin Command is terminated; all units are back in service.
