MVA, N. Main St Ext near Mercer Rd

15:51: Stations 14 and 99 alerted for a pickup rolled over, North Main Street Extension, just north of the Mercer Road intersection. The occupant is still in the vehicle, with injuries.

15:52: Rescue 14 and 99-5 are en route. Utility 25 is requested as they are still in the area from the SwitchbackMX incident; they are en route. 99-5 is checking availability of air medical.

15:54: Rescue 14 is on scene with 1 vehicle in the northbound lane, upright, and there does not appear to be entrapment.

15:55: Station 38 is requested to the Crossfire Church for air evacuation. LifeFlight 4 has an 11 minute ETA.

15:56: 99-5 is approaching; Engine 38 is responding.

15:58: Command states Rescue 25 will be the landing zone contact now. 99-5 is on scene. U-25 is on scene, setting up the LZ.

15:59: Control is asking Command if E-38 is to continue in; Command states they are.

16:00: Control provided an updated ETA for LifeFlight of 10 minutes.

16:03: LF4 is departing the Butler airport now. E-38 is in service and 99-5 is reporting out at the LZ.

16:07: The aircraft is crossing over 422 at the 356 interchange now.

16:09: LifeFlight 4 is requesting the landing zone brief now. They are over the Station 14 helipad; there is possibly a miscommunication on the LZ location. U-25 is advising LF-4 now.

16:10: LF-4 has diverted south and states he believes he has the LZ in sight.

16:11: LF-4 has the LZ in sight and is requesting the LZ brief again.

16:13: LF-4 apparently did not have the correct location but reports they do now and they are making their approach.

16:15: The aircraft appears to have landed.

16:17: LifeFlight is now reported on the ground at the landing zone.

16:24: LF-4 is preparing to depart from the LZ.

16:25: The helicopter is airborne from Crossfire.

16:39: North Main Street Command is terminated; all units are back in service.

16:41: LF-4 appears to be on the helipad at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh now.
