09:45: Rescue 42 and Engine 22-3 are en route.
09:46: Command is stating 1 patient for evaluation of right hand and right arm injury; NEGATIVE ENTRAPMENT.

09:49: Chief 21 is advising Station 42 can keep their engine in service and have their rescue continue.

09:55: Chief 21 is canceling units not on scene.
09:56: Engine 22-3 is on scene. Fire Police are setting up for one-lane traffic at this time – unclear if this will be on Rochester Road or Robinhood Drive.
