18:53: Stations 33, 34, 14 and 52, along with Tower 1 and Mercer Stations 85 and 95 dispatched to 287 Normal Avenue for an electrical fire in a residence. Residents were evacuating as of dispatch.
18:54: Chief 33 is responding. Station 14 acknowledges the call. Tower 1 is en route.
18:55: Chief 33 is on scene with nothing showing from the exterior.
18:56: Engine 33-2 is en route; they’re instructed to bring in a thermal camera. Chief 34-2 acknowledges the call.
18:57: Control is checking for acknowledgment from Station 52; Chief 33 advises they are not available and to hold on EMS at this time. E-33-2 is on scene.
18:59: Tower 33 is en route; they’re instructed to proceed up Normal from Franklin Street and setup to hit the house.
19:00: Engine 34 is en route.
19:01: Command is now advising the incident can be held to Station 33 units only.
19:05: Units on Division 1 are advising Command they have a light fixture that needs checked.
19:19: Chief 33 is advising the fire was contained to the light fixture; all Station 33 units are clear and back in service.
