08:58: Command is advising City units they can return in service, they have sufficient resources.
09:01: 99-4 is approaching, requesting orders; Command states they are “attempting to locate the patient.” 99-4 is now reporting on scene.
09:17: Squad 3-2 and BT-3 are breaking away to handle a fire alarm call.
09:21: Engine 3 states they are returning to 422 as the automatic fire alarm was reported as a false alarm shortly after dispatch.
09:22: E-38 is advising E-3 they are not needed and can return in service.
09:36: All units are reported clear of 422.
