05:30: Chief 14-2 is on scene with 1 vehicle, overturned, on the side of the road.
05:31: Command is advising all responding units that occupants are out of the vehicle at this time.
05:32: Chief 14-2 is advising Station 14 to send the Engine as the vehicle is smoking a good bit.
