18:06: Stations 3, 1, and 99 dispatched to 156 Old Plank Road, Butler Township, for a pot on fire on top of a stove in an apartment. Caller is locked out of the apartment. It is unknown if the building is being evacuated; there are audible alarms going off.
18:07: Station 3-2 acknowledges the call. Engine 1-2 and Tower 1 are en route.
18:08: 99-3 is assigned. BT-3 is en route.
18:09: 99-3 is en route.
18:10: Control is now advising the caller reports evacuation is underway at this time.
18:13: Station 3 acknowledges the call with 1 firefighter on station. Rescue 3 is en route. Tower 1 is on scene with nothing showing from the exterior. Engine 1-2 is directed to the hydrant at the intersection.
18:16: Rescue 3 is instructed to standby at the hydrant.
18:17: Rescue 3 is now on scene. City units are requesting they bring the Knox Box key.
18:18: Rescue 3-2 is en route. Engine 1-2 is advised they will need a fan. There is NO FIRE, but there is a smoke condition in the apartment.
18:21: Captain 3 is on scene. 99-3 is on scene but is being told they will probably be able to return in service.
18:22: 99-3 is now back in service, released by Command. Captain 3 is advising Rescue 3-2 they can also return in service.
18:34: Control is advising the alarm company reports additional alarms; Captain 3 states they are in the process of resetting the alarm panel.
18:38: Engine 1-2 is back in service.
18:44: Tower 1 is now back in service.
