MVA, w/ Inj, Herman Road

21:28: Stations 10 and 44 alerted for an MVA near 1175 Herman Road, 2 vehicles, 1 male with a wrist injury.

21:29: Station 44 acknowledges the call.

21:30: Chief 10-2 is en route. Units are being advised that the parties involved are becoming verbally aggressive; PSP has been notified.

21:31: 44-2 is en route.

21:33: Station 10 acknowledges the call; Chief 10 is on scene.

21:34: Command is asking for an ALS and BLS unit from Butler Ambulance.

21:35: Station 99 is alerted for the two units.

21:36: 99-3 is assigned.

21:37: Updated: 99-3 and 99-4 are both assigned.

21:39: Command is advising EMS units there is 1 patient with a broken arm, 1 patient with facial injuries. 99-3 is en route.

21:40: Engine 10 and 99-4 are en route.

21:41: Command is checking for an ETA from 44-2; they are approaching.

21:42: 44-2 is on scene.

21:49: Command is asking for the nearest helicopter in the air, directly to the scene; Engine 10 will be ground contact.

21:50: 99-3 and 99-4 are both on location.

21:56: Command is checking for an ETA on the aircraft; Control states LifeFlight 4, 11 minutes. They are at their base at Butler Airport.

22:05: LF-4 has not departed the airport yet.

22:09: Command checking status of LifeFlight. They have just departed Butler Airport.

22:10: 99-3 is clear of the scene stating both patients are with 99-4. Control states LF-4 gave a 6 minute ETA.

22:13: LF-4 is crossing over Freeport Road near the Summit – Jefferson Township line, now requesting an LZ brief, reporting 1.5 minutes out.

22:14: LZ crew has visual on the aircraft and the pilot has visual on the LZ. The pilot is going to make a few turns to inspect the landing zone and then will be down.

22:16: The pilot states everything looks good and they will be inbound.

22:18: LF-4 appears to be on the ground at this time.

22:19: 99-4 is reporting en route to another call at this time.

22:20: Herman Road Command is reporting the helicopter is on the ground at the landing zone.

22:33: LifeFlight 4 is in the air, reported en route to AGH.

22:35: One of the Butler Ambulance units is inbound to Butler Memorial with 2 patients from this scene. It is not clear which unit is transporting.

22:41: 99-3 is out at BMH.

22:47: LifeFlight 4 is on the helipad at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

22:51: Herman Road Command is terminated; all Station 10 units are back in service.

22:55: 44-2 is reporting back in service.
