07:14: 99-4 is assigned and en route.
07:16: Control states the caller is still on the line; they are reporting multiple bites from a husky; at one point the blood was spurting out of the patient’s upper arm. They are attempting to control the bleeding. 99-4 requests an aircraft on standby at this time.
07:17: Lieutenant 14 is en route to the scene.
07:19: Control advises LifeFlight 4 is on standby with an 11 minute ETA to Station 14.
07:22: Utility 14 is en route. Lieutenant 14 is on scene.
07:24: L-14 is advising 99-4 that bleeding is controlled at this time. The ambulance states they are 4-5 minutes out.
07:26: Utility 14 is on scene.
07:28: 99-4 is on scene.
07:30: 99-4 is advising Control to cancel the helicopter but is checking if PSP is en route. Control states they will check; PSP was notified. 99-4 advises the individual stabbed the dog several times and it may need euthanized; it is hiding under a bed right now.
07:31: 99-4 is advised PSP is en route.
07:38: 99-4 is en route to Butler Hospital, ALS.
