12:00: Station 45 alerted for a Delta response in the area of 160 Addy Boy Lane in Jefferson Township for a 41 year old female who fell from horse and is unresponsive.
12:02: 45-1 is en route.
12:03: 45-1 is requesting air medical on standby at this time.
12:06: 45-1 is on scene. Control reports LifeFlight 4 is on standby with an 8 minute ETA. 45-1 requests Station 15 be placed on standby for a possible landing zone.
12:08: Station 15 is alerted.
12:09: An unidentified unit, probably from Station 15, is reporting the side-by-side is ready if needed. Another unit is stating the ambulance is pretty close to the patient so it won’t be needed.
12:10: The patient is reportedly conscious at this time, possibly moving around as well but the audio was not clear.
12:13: The request for a helicopter is canceled and Station 15 is released from standby. The patient will be transported by ground.
12:20: 45-1 is transporting the patient to Allegheny General and 45-2 is clear of the scene.
13:15: 45-1 is out at AGH.
