Fall From Tree Stand, Saxonburg Rd

16:16: Stations 10 and 99 alerted for a Delta response to the area of 183 Saxonburg Road in Summit Township for a 54 male that fell from a tree stand. There is an ATV path to the patient, and he is reportedly 1,000 feet off the roadway. 99-3 is assigned and en route.

16:20: Station 10 acknowledges the call.

16:22: Control is advising Stat 3 is on standby with a 12 minute ETA to the Butler Memorial helipad.

16:23: 99-3 is on scene.

16:25: Squad 10 is en route.

16:29: 99-3 reports they have made patient contact.

16:31: Squad 10 is on scene.

16:32: Command is requesting Stat 3 in the air to the scene.

16:34: Engine 10 is being sent onto Bullcreek Road to setup a landing zone. Command states they will get an address when they get the patient extricated. Control reports Stat will be en route with a 12 minute ETA.

16:35: Stat 3 is airborne from UPMC Cranberry.

16:40: Stat 3 is passing directly over the Butler County Airport.

16:42: Stat 3 is reporting about a mile out and requesting an LZ brief from Engine 10 who is now reporting a visual on the aircraft.

16:44: After making a turnaround, the pilot is now reporting a visual on Engine 10.

16:46: Chief 10 is advising Stat is on the ground at the LZ off Bullcreek Road.

17:05: 99-3 reports patient care has been transferred to Stat MedEvac and they will be en route to UPMC Presbyterian shortly.

17:07: Stat 3 is airborne from the landing zone now.

17:17: 99-3 is clear of the incident.

17:20: The helicopter appears to be arriving at the helipad, UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh.
