21:13: Control is now advising they received a call from On-Star reporting entrapment. 62-3 and Chief 22 are en route.
21:16: Rescue 22 en route.
21:17: 62-3 is on location. Chief 22 is on scene reporting 2 vehicles involved with 1 on its side, unknown if occupied.
21:18: Chief 22 is confirming 1 entrapped in a pickup. Rescue 21 and Engine 20 are requested; Rescue 42 has a crew on the road and they are instructed to respond as well.
21:19: Rescue 22 is instructed to provide stabilization for the overturned vehicle. Engines 22-3 and 22 are en route. Rescue 22 is now reporting on scene.
21:20: The additional stations are activated and Rescue 21 is en route.
21:21: Chief 21-2 is en route.
21:22: Squad 22-2 and Chief 21 are en route.
