14:27: Butler Township units dispatched to Greenwood Drive at South Benbrook for a 2 vehicle MVA with 1 over a hillside.
14:30: An out-of-county unit identified as “185” (possibly Allegheny Chief 185) is on scene reporting a pickup off the road that will need a tow. Possible fuel leak. The driver is reporting uninjured. Control advises there was reported 1 male on the ground behind the guide rails, injured. The unit on scene reports that was the driver, he self extricated and needs evaluated. Rescue 3 now on scene. Station 99 is requesting the North Main Street MVA be turned over to the next available station.
14:31: Station 99 is advising Control that 99-5 is the unit assigned to this incident.
14:32: Engine 38 is on scene.
14:36: Squad 3-2 is en route. All units are downgraded to non-emergency at this time.
14:37: Rescue 3 is on scene.
14:38: Engine 38 is asking Control which 99 unit is responding; 99-5 is responding but there is heavy radio traffic due to multiple incidents.
14:39: 99-5 is requesting a patient update; the patient reportedly has lacerations on the leg and is complaining of a headache.
15:02: Engine 38 is reporting back in service.
15:04: 99-5 is transporting to Butler Memorial Hospital.
15:07: Traffic control units are just now being advised that Engine 38 is on its way out.
15:15: 99-5 is out at BMH.
