18:59: Stations 36 and 27 dispatched along with Freeport EMS for an MVA near 219 Ekastown Road in Buffalo Township; Lieutenant 27-2 called this in reporting at least one injury.
19:00: Station 36 acknowledging with 1 man on station.
19:01: Freeport 70-2 is en route and checking for a patient update. Command states the patient is complaining of minor lacerations to the face, neck and arms, and possible dizziness.
19:02: Station 27 acknowledges the call. Rescue 36 is en route.
19:05: Engine 27 is en route; Rescue 36 is on location. Command is advising Rescue 36 there is glass on the roadway that needs cleaned up.
19:06: Captain 36 states he has Command at this time. Freeport 70-2 is on scene.
19:13: Command is reporting a marker pole for People’s Gas with some wires struck off and a Consolidated Communications and West Penn Power pole that was brushed.
19:14: Control is checking the address and Command states this is in the yard of 222 Ekastown Road.
19:20: 70-2 is transporting one patient to Allegheny Valley hospital.
19:24: Engine 27 is back in service. Control is advising all utilities have been notified at this time.
19:36: Incident terminated, all units back in service.
