15:41: Control states they received a call through On Star reporting no injuries, no entrapment. PD is on scene.
15:42: 45-2 is en route. Control advises PD has not canceled EMS at this time.
15:44: Rescue 11 is en route.
15:47: Rescue 11 is on scene.
