3-vehicle MVA w/ inj, near Butler Farm Market

21:42: Stations 12, 3, and 99 alerted for a 3-vehicle accident, with injury, near the Butler Farm Market, 878 Evans City Road.

Connoquenessing and Butler Township Fire Departments and Butler Ambulance alerted for a 3-vehicle MVA.

21:43: 99-5 assigned and en route. Station 3-2 acknowledges the call.

21:44: Station 12 acknowledges the call and Chief 12 is en route.

21:45: Rescue 3 is en route.

21:48: Rescue 12 is en route. Chief 12 is on scene in front of the B&E Mini Mart, with 2 vehicles, on the roadway, advising incoming units this is in the construction zone. One occupant is still in a vehicle; unclear if entrapped.

21:50: Rescue 3-2 is en route.

21:51: Squad 3-2 is en route. Command is advising Rescue 3 there is NO ENTRAPMENT and 99-5 they will have 2 patients.

21:52: Rescues 3 and 12 and Squad 3-3 are reporting on scene. Command is now placing all Station 3 units not on scene back in service.

21:53: Rescue 3-2 is returning to station.

21:55: 99-5 is approaching; Command states they can pull into the parking lot of the B&E and the patient will be brought to them.

21:56: 99-5 is now reporting on scene.

21:58: Fire Police approaching from the western end are instructed to pass the scene via the Missing Links parking lot and proceed to the east end of the scene to close the roadway at Eagle Mill Road.

21:59: Another Fire Police unit has arrived to take the east end and the first unit was instructed to setup traffic control at Double Road / Stevenson Road. It sounds like traffic will be routed down Stevenson Road to Kriess to get back to Route 68.

22:00: Command is advising Control 99-5 has requested another EMS unit from Station 62. They are activated for the call.

22:02: 62-2 is en route.

22:04: FP Lieutenant 12 is advising Command 68 is shut down at Eagle Mill Road now. FP Captain 12 states he has it shut down on the west end at Double as well.

22:11: Command is now advising 62-2 they can cancel their response per 99-5.

22:22: 99-5 is transporting ALS to BMH.

22:25: 99-5 states they are diverting to UPMC Presbyterian per medic command from Butler Hospital.

22:35: There have been no further updates from this incident.

22:49: All Station 3 units are clear.

22:50: Fire Police are instructed to reopen the road in both directions.

22:51: Incident terminated.
