18:08: Stations 3 and 99 dispatched to Cleveland Cliffs for an unknown age male with his arm stuck in a pinch roller.
18:09: 99-4 is responding. Station 3-2 acknowledges the call.
18:10: Chief 3 is en route to the scene. BT-3 is asking Control if the patient’s arm is still entrapped in the roller; Control states as far as they know it is still stuck.
18:11: Engine 3, Rescue 3-2 en route. 99-2 is now responding in place of 99-4.
18:13: Rescue 3 is en route.
18:14: 99-2 unit is requesting the status of air medical at this time. Control states they are back on the line with Cleveland Cliffs and they are stating the arm has been freed; they are now requesting the fire department cancel. Chief 3 is now placing all Station 3 units back in service.
18:15: The ambulance is asking Control to still check availability of air medical and they will advise once they assess the patient on scene.
18:16: 99-2 is on scene.
18:19: Control states LifeFlight 4 is on standby with a 9 minute ETA if needed.
18:20: 99-2 is now advising Control can cancel the helicopter request.
18:35: 99-2 is transporting the patient BLS to Butler Memorial Hospital.
