17:39: Stations 15 and 45 alerted for a box truck rollover near 111 Frazier Road in Jefferson Township; reported with injury and wires and pole down. Station 15 acknowledging.
17:46: Squad 15-2 is en route.
17:47: 45-3 is on scene reporting wires down on Frazier Road off Dinnerbell; all occupants appear to be out, there is a pole leaning and wires hanging over the roadway.
17:48: Units are stating there is a trailer over an embankment.
17:49: No traffic on Frazier Road. There are wires down in the 100-block of the road. Rescue 15 now on scene. Units now reporting a “pretty good diesel leak”.
17:55: Engine 15 is approaching; they are instructed to stage at the intersection of Dinnerbell and Frazier and send manpower to the Rescue.
18:07: 45-3 is en route to Kittanning Hospital.
18:38: 45-3 is out at KH1. There have been no updates from the scene at this time.
18:39: Traffic controllers are reporting to Command the power company is inbound now.
19:01: Command is terminated; the roadway remains closed at this time; Central Electric is still on scene.
