13:14: Slippery Rock Fire and EMS alerted for 2 vehicle MVA near 260 S. Main St, Slippery Rock Boro. Reported 1 on top of the other, 1 vehicle is leaking fuel, and there is a family still inside the one on top; unknown if entrapped.

Stations 33 and 52 alerted for an MVA with one vehicle on top of the other, possible entrapment.

13:17: 52-3 on location.

13:20: Engine 33-2 en route.

13:21: 52-3 is now reporting all patients are out of the vehicle and the road is closed at this time.

13:29: Station 33 is asking Chief 33 if additional resources are needed at the scene and he states negative.

13:44: 52-3 is back in service with patient refusals.

14:01: Station 33 units are back in service.
