18:33: Engine 1-2 checking the status of a helicopter; Control states LifeFlight 4 is standing by, 10 minutes to BMH.
18:34: 99-2 on scene.
18:36: Engine 1-2 requesting LifeFlight be launched to the Butler Memorial Hospital helipad.
18:40: LifeFlight 4 is preparing to depart Butler Airport.
18:41: 99-2 transporting to the hospital. LF-4 is en route now.
18:44: City fire units clear of the scene, following the ambulance to the hospital.
18:46: LifeFlight 4 is on the helipad.
18:47: 99-2 is out at the helipad with the helicopter.
18:58: LifeFlight is airborne to Pittsburgh.
