15:53: Control notifying 51-1 it is unknown if the male fell down the stairs; he does appear to have a head injury.
15:58: 51-1 on scene.
16:08: 51-1 transporting 1 to Children’s. Control asking if PD is needed; 51-1 states negative. Control states they’ll advise the officer, they are pulling up now.
