08:18: Command states they spoke to a business owner who stated both Columbia and People’s Gas were there last week, and there is a significant underground leak in the parking lot. Command requests Control notify both companies and have them determine who is responsible.
08:29: Control states both companies have been notified and they will be responding. Command states they will be returning in service.
