08:35: Engine 1 and Tower 1 en route. Control states PD on scene confirming smoke from the 2nd floor. Engine 38 en route.
08:36: Police unable to confirm the structure is not occupied.
08:37: Engine 1-2 on scene.
08:38: 99-2 on location, staging on Elm Street.
08:42: Ladder 3 en route. Possibly instructed to return and send their Rescue, unclear.
08:47: Rescue 3 approaching, instructed to send manpower to the front. They report a crew of two.
08:56: Unidentified unit telling Station 3 units they’re going to open 2nd floor windows for ventilation.
09:14: Engine 38 is back in service from this incident.
09:39: All Station 3 units are now clear of the City.
09:57: Captain 1-3 states PSP has arrived now and City fire units are now back in service.
