20:15: Stations 8, 9, and 44 alerted for a motorcycle-MVA with 1 female unresponsive, bleeding from the head, 1 male conscious with a laceration to the head.
20:17: 44-1 en route. LifeFlight 4 on standby. 1 female unconscious. There is a West Deer paramedic on scene making the request / providing the update.
20:18: Station 99 alerted. Station 9 acknowledging.
20:19: 99-2 assigned and responding. Rescue 9 en route.
20:20: Captain 8 acknowledging for Station 8. Control now notifying 44-1 per PSP they have 2 critical patients at the scene.
20:21: 44-1 on scene.
20:23: 99-2, Rescue 9 on scene.
20:25: Engine 8 en route.
20:28: Engine 8 on scene and Brush 8 approaching. Command checking with Control on the status of the helicopter, Control states LF4 is on standby. Command states to put them in the air to the Butler Memorial Hospital helipad.
20:30: Second aircraft possibly requested to the scene; Control mentioned LifeFlight 4 again. LF4 is airborne from Butler Airport to BMH to rendezvous with the EMS unit.
20:31: Captain 8 assuming Command.
20:34: Control now stating Stat 16 gave a 12 minute ETA and will be en route to the church near this exit (590 Protzman Road).
20:37: 44-1 en route to the BMH helipad, ALS. 99-2 now en route to the LZ at the church.
20:39: 99-2 is out at the LZ.
20:40: Rescue 9 back in service. Control checking if they have anyone at the LZ, they answered Captain 8 is there. The Stat helicopter for this incident is not airborne at this time.
20:42: Stat MedEvac is in the air from ACMH in Kittanning.
20:43: 44-1 is out at the BMH helipad.
20:47: Stat 16 contacting the LZ for an LZ brief stating a 3 minute ETA. They are over Steighner Road, now.
20:50: Stat 16 is circling to land now.
20:55: LF4 reported in the air to AGH.
20:58: 44-1 clear of the hospital, out of service until further notice.
20:59: Stat 16 reported airborne reportedly to AGH also.
21:00: Captain 8 reporting all units clear, incident terminated.
