16:17: Stations 21, 22, 42, and 51 alerted for an MVA with 1 vehicle rolled over, I-79 @ 80.4 MM southbound.
16:18: 51-3, multiple Fire units en route.
16:19: 62-3 is travelling south on I-79 with a transport, reporting they came upon this accident, reporting vehicle rolled over in the field near the weigh station. It appeared all occupants were out, there was severe damage to the car, and it is southbound.
16:20: Engine 42 en route understaffed.
16:21: Rescue 22 en route.
16:23: Chief 21 is at the 80.4 mile marker confirming rollover and checking for occupants but it appears everyone is out.
16:24: Fire Police arriving. Chief 21 again stating everyone is out, no entrapment; continuing Rescues 21 and 22; Station 42 units canceled. Additional fire police units also canceled.
16:25: EMS and Engine 21 to continue in as well. 51-3 on scene.
16:26: Chief 21 directing all incoming units to pull into the weigh station. Engine 21, Chief 42 on scene.
16:27: Rescue 21 arriving on scene.
16:30: Chief 21 asking Control to check the ETA of PSP due to the patient becoming combative with EMS. Rescue 22 canceled by Chief 21. Control advising the trooper is coming through Evans City now and was advised of the situation.
16:40: No further updates from the scene at this time.
16:43: PSP possibly arriving now.
16:45: Chief 42 cleared followed by Command being terminated.
16:59: 51-3 is transporting 1 to Allegheny General Hospital.
17:19: 51-3 is at AGH.
