14:34: Station 11 acknowledging the call. Portable 11 on scene. Control checking with Station 99 if they have a unit en route; they state they requested it be turned over to the next available service.
14:35: Station 45 alerted, now reported there is a male with a head injury. 45-2 states they are also unavailable. Station 76 toned out.
14:36: Station 99 now reporting 99-3 is coming back into the county and will be responding to the crash with a 7 minute ETA. 76-1 checking if 99 is handling this now; Control states affirmative; they state they are also out of trucks currently.
14:37: Rescue 11 responding.
14:38: Control notifying 99-3 that Penn Township Police are requesting a helicopter on standby.
14:39: Rescue 11 on location.
14:40: 99-3 asking for the nearest air medical. Control states LifeFlight 4 is on standby at the airport, asking if the ambulance will meet them there or if the helicopter is needed to the scene.
14:41: 99-3 requesting the helicopter land at the parking lot across from Hunter Truck Sales (519 Pittsburgh Road).
14:42: Control states LifeFlight 4 will be en route.
14:43: Control checking with Command if they copied the LZ will be needed. Command states that is received now. Control checking with Station 99 if they have another crew for a patient at this scene, altered level of consciousness. 99-7 is en route, BLS-only.

14:47: Command is asking Control to inform LifeFlight the ambulance will rendezvous with them at the Butler Airport instead.
14:48: 99-7 requesting an ALS unit to the scene. Station 99 reports they are not available.
14:49: Control checking with Station 45, they are also unavailable. Station 44 alerted.

14:58: 99-3 is en route to the Butler Airport.
