10:40: Butler Ambulance 99-12 on scene at Butler Fair requesting another unit to the grandstands for a woman, unknown age, pinned between a tractor and a truck. Unionville FD Captain 14 is already on scene. Butler Ambulance 99-5 is en route and asking Control to check the availability of a helicopter.
10:42: Captain 14 already on scene, stating they are on the race track. Patient is no longer pinned at this time and EMS on scene is currently evaluating.
10:45: Control notifying 99-5 Stat 3 is on standby with a 12 minute ETA. Captain 14 stating this will be a 27 year old male, clipped by a tractor, complaining of back pain, currently conscious and alert.
10:48: 99-5 on scene.
10:52: Captain 14 states the helicopter can be released from standby.
10:59: 99-5 is transporting ALS to UPMC Presbyterian.
11:53: 99-5 reporting arrival at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh.
12:16: 99-5 reporting back in service.
