20:49: One unit instructed to stage by the hydrant near the municipal building; another unit instructed to stage on the hard road and send a crew in with thermal cameras.
20:50: Engine 42 first engine on scene.
20:51: All units not on scene to respond in non-emergency per Command.
20:53: Station 16 checking with Command if they are still needed; Command states if their staffing permits them to respond, to do so. They answered affirmatively.
20:55: A light haze was reported in the basement.
21:01: Incident held to Stations 42 and 19; all other stations released.
21:15: Engine 19 and Squad 19 are clear of the scene.
