22:02: An officer is arriving, taking Command, unclear which one. 1 vehicle off the roadway into a yard.
22:05: Rescue 14 is approaching, instructed to stage near the PSP vehicle that is on scene. Rescue 3 also approaching, instructed to divert traffic. Command is reporting the patient is out of the vehicle as of now and in the ambulance.
