18:24: Engine 38 en route. Engine 1, Rescue 1, and 99-2 en route. Now reported as a quarter mile WEST of the Lyndora Exit.
18:25: Police now on scene stating this is Westbound under Duffy Road overpass.
18:26: Rescue 3, Squad 3-2(?) en route.
18:27: First unit is passing the scene on the wrong side and will turn around, reporting 1 vehicle heavily damaged into the guardrail before the bridge.
18:29: Rescue 1 on scene investigating. 99-2 approaching.
18:31: City units are reporting occupants are out of the vehicle.
18:32: Squad 3-2 is approaching, City units are going to clear when 3-2 takes their place, the only occupant is already in the ambulance as of now.
18:33: VA Engine 38, Butler Township Squad 3-2 arriving on scene.
18:35: Station 3 acknowledged the call with 1 man on station. Rescue 3 instructs them to standby.
18:37: VA Engine 38 clear, back in service.
18:38: Rescue 3 on scene.
18:50: 99-2 is back in service; there were no updates on the patient and the patient was not transported.
18:53: All units are likely back in service. Audio was garbled. Control asked for a repeat and didn’t get it.
