11:00: Truck struck power lines, lines are down on the truck, occupants still inside.
11:05: Rescue 20 en route.
11:06: Rescue 20 on location.
11:07: Penn Power requested to the scene to clear the power line off the truck, there are still people in the truck but no injuries.
11:13: Command checking if Penn Power gave an ETA, Control states Penn Power couldn’t find the address and then they were disconnected, so Control is calling Penn Power back now.
11:24: Control notifying Command they’ve been on hold with Penn Power for awhile but now they did locate the address, so they are dispatching a crew, and Control is still waiting for an ETA.
11:28: Control states the Penn Power crew ETA is 10 minutes.
11:32: Command states Penn Power arrived and the lines were removed, incident terminated.
