23:21: Rescue 14 is requesting Station 38 to setup the LZ at the church.
23:22: Chief 14 requesting Station 38 setup the LZ in the parking lot of the VA on N. Duffy. PSP-10 on the County system stating no traffic control is needed, just a tow, stating Chief 14 can land the helicopter at the church and he will instruct EMS to transport the patient there.
23:23: Control asking Rescue 14 if they still want Station 38 activated, they said no.
23:24: LifeFlight 4 is at their base at Butler Airport and gave an 11 minute ETA to the LZ.
23:25: Rescue 14 is notifying Control they are landing the helicopter at the New Testament Church on North Duffy (437 N Duffy Rd) rather than the one at Mercer @ Duffy.
