11:22: EMS 52-3 arrived on scene reporting vehicle on its side, confirmed smoking.
11:23: Lieutenant 33-2 arriving on scene and reporting the driver is out of the vehicle.
11:28: Engine and Tower 33 arriving. Engine 33 to block the right shoulder, Tower 33 was put back in service.
